I introduced the client to eight key products from our lineup, highlighting their unique capabilities and how they could be applied to specific use cases. Each product is designed to meet the demands of precision laser control, whether in research, manufacturing, or telecommunications. Here’s what I shared:

Explaining Use Cases

The client was interested in how these products could be applied to their specific projects, so I shared some examples of real-world applications.

Client: “Could you tell me how these devices perform in a practical setting? We’re particularly curious about the 532nm and 780nm models.”

Me: “Certainly! The 532nm Space AOM Series is perfect for lidar systems, where high-speed beam scanning and precise deflection are critical for mapping and measurement. It’s also widely used in material processing, where lasers are employed for cutting and engraving.

On the other hand, the 780nm Space AOM Series is highly effective in optical communication systems and spectroscopy. For instance, researchers often use it in experiments to measure the power distribution of light across different frequencies. Its compact size and high diffraction efficiency make it easy to integrate into existing setups.”

Addressing Technical Concerns

The client had some technical questions about compatibility and performance, which I was happy to address.

Client: “We’re currently using a 1064nm laser system. Would the 1064nm Space AOM Series be a good fit, and can it handle high power?”

Me: “Absolutely. The 1064nm Space AOM Series is specifically designed for high-power infrared lasers. It offers excellent diffraction efficiency, even under demanding conditions. Additionally, it’s built to handle industrial applications like micromachining and welding, so it’s a perfect match for your 1064nm laser system.”

Client: “Do you offer drivers for these devices, or would we need to source those separately?”

Me: “We provide matching RF drivers for all our AOM models. These drivers are optimized for the respective devices, ensuring seamless integration and peak performance. They allow precise control over frequencies and power levels, giving you full control over your laser system.”
